Ian is a highly experienced Chartered Civil Engineer and MBA, who has held a series of senior positions in international consultancy and project management businesses over the last fifteen years. He has been accountable for delivering projects and programmes of up to £6bn in value and for leading corporate functions such as marketing, business development, communications and health & safety in FTSE companies. Ian is currently the Sector Director responsible for rail in Costain, which includes consultancy, technology and construction delivery projects for Network Rail, Crossrail and High Speed 2. Ian previously led Mace's highways business, which was involved in providing project and programme management to many of the UK's largest highways projects.
